Ever been stuck in a stone vagina? This guy has...

Monday, Jun, 23 2014

A student had to be rescued after getting stuck inside a giant stone vagina. The exchange student from America is believed to have climbed inside the marble sculpture in Germany, on Friday afternoon, as a dare. He "became" stuck as his legs got wedged at the bottom of the art installation. Five emergency vehicles and 22 firemen eventually eased the man out but not before someone took a picture and posted it on social media. He was said to be ‘really embarrassed’. The sculpture is called Pi-Chacan, which is said to mean ‘love making’ in Peruvian-Indian.

If a country LOVES metal music, they have more money....

Friday, Jun, 20 2014

The popularity of heavy metal music can predict how wealthy a country is.
Researchers looked at the number of heavy metal bands in the country and a range of economic and social factors. They found that the number of heavy metal bands per country was linked with the nation’s economic output, level of creativity and entrepreneurship. Countries that had more heavy metal bands had more adults who had college degrees, and had higher levels of well-being and satisfaction with life. Example: Scandinavian countries are very rich....and love their metal bands.

Some believe the dark, cold days of northern Europe reflect heavy metal's emotional darkness and fury.

Clogged toilet? Introducing the

Wednesday, Jun, 18 2014

An inventor in South Korea has created what could be the biggest thing in plumbing since the plunger, called a “Pung-too.” The "Pung-too" works by sticking a strong plastic film over the bowl using a special glue.
When you flush the toilet, the plastic film bulges up, and when the user presses down a few times it miraculously unclogs the plumbing. The product is currently on sale only in South Korea, costing about $24 for a set of three, but the video has prompted calls from interested vendors overseas.

Univ. of Miami is recruiting a 9-year-old basketball player....

Tuesday, Jun, 17 2014

The University of Miami women’s basketball team is recruiting a 9-year-old girl. Jaden Newman earned national headlines in January for playing on her school's varsity high school basketball team in Orlando while still in fourth grade. And now the University of Miami is recruiting her so she can play there when she graduates high school in nine years.

Last year on her varsity team in Orlando, she averaged almost 15 ppg and 7.5 assists per game. She put up 63 points in one game last season....against a boys team.
