3 Doors Down bassist Todd Harrell was arrested for driving under the influence in Mississippi.
Police found Harrell "slumped over the steering wheel" of a car that was stopped at an intersection. Harrell showed signs of impairment and was arrested and charged with 2nd offense DUI.
Last year, Harrell was charged with vehicular homicide in Tennessee after his speeding car clipped a pickup truck and sent it down an embankment. The driver of the truck was killed. He later admitted he had been drinking and taken prescription pills. That case is still pending.
Harrell was later suspended from 3 Doors Down pending the resolution of the criminal charges. The band plans on releasing their new album later this year with new bassist, Justin Biltonen.
