There’s no logic like drunk person logic.
A 57-year-old guy in Ontario, Canada called the cops on Saturday night to report that his friend had been hanging on his rear bumper and tried to stop him from driving.
When the cops got there, they found out WHY the friend was doing that: The guy was DRUNK, and his friend was desperately trying to keep him from driving while intoxicated.
The guy was charged with impaired operation and had his license suspended. The friend wasn’t charged.
