We’re having a heat wave again.

Is it just me or does this summer seem MUCH hotter than last summer? I have turned on my air conditioning a lot more this year than I did last year. But woo this week is gonna be a scorcher.

Everyday from today up to Thursday are going to be in the mid to upper 90’s!

Heat index values climb above 100 degrees this afternoon, make sure you are taking as many breaks as possible if you are working outside & stay hydrated!

Heat indexes are set to climb in the 100’s! Dang!

If you work outdoors or are working on storm cleanup, remember…

  • Take breaks
  • Drink LOTS of water
  • Find some shade
  • Head inside an air conditioned vehicle or building

It is predicted to drop to the mid-cozy 70’s next week though, so that’s good.

We know you want to clear out trees and debris, but better safe than sorry!
