Herky the Hawk Carved Out Of Tree Trunk Leftover From Derecho In Robins

As the storm clean up continues in our area, a family in Robins had an idea on what to do with a tree trunk leftover from the storm in their yard.  Instead of getting rid of it, they wanted to do something fun.  They decided to bring in a chainsaw artist to carve it up into Herky the Hawk.

There’s a company in Mount Vernon that specializes in that sort of work, so a kick ass dude named Clint Henik swung by.  He carved up Herky the Hawk out of the tree trunk in one day!!
