Fine Nintendo, here’s more of my money…
I don’t know what it is about Mario, but anytime a game releases featuring the portly plumber…I have to buy it. I can’t tell you how many times I have bought the original Super Mario Bros, but probably around 12 different times.
Earlier today, Nintendo announced that coming to Switch will be a compilation of classic Super Mario games from the 3D era! Games included in the compilation will be
- Super Mario 64
- Super Mario Sunshine
- Super Mario Galaxy
Each game will be enhanced and cleaned up for the current generation…basically given a fresh coat of paint but not massively altered. Think like a port of these classic games, but lightly tweaked. The game will retail digital for $59.99, and will also have a physical release on a later date. You can pre-order the game now.
Something to know that this is a LIMITED release…meaning it will be available for about year, and then they are pulling it off the shelves, which I think is complete BS. Why…WHY do they do that? What’s the point? Ahhh money, right…gotchya.
