Time to back to the movies, in the safety of your car!
One of the big things I miss the pre-COVID days is heading to the movies. I can’t remember the last time that I did a true movie review on the website. Some movie theaters have opened their doors with social distancing protocol, but not everyone is flocking back to the theaters quite yet.
Some areas are getting creative though, specifically the Coralville Public Library, as they will be showing movies the first two Friday’s in October!
The films will be show on Oct. 2nd and 98th at 7PM, and the library is asking everyone to stay in their own car and bring refreshments. There will also be empty spaces between cars, and public restrooms will NOT be available, so bring a Gatorade bottle.
Little trivia for ya, the public library happens to be where the old Coralville Drive-In used to be!
