A 55-year-old guy named Tim Currier is the mayor of a 12,000-person town in upstate New York. He was the police chief for two decades before he was elected mayor six years ago. And this guy goes HARD.
The county sheriff and U.S. Department of Homeland Security have been running an investigation on him for a while for selling drugs. And on Tuesday, they made their move to arrest him.
He took off in his car . . . and got into a chase with the police through the town. And as he went through an intersection, he threw some of his CRACK out of the car window.
The police eventually got him to stop and he was arrested on several charges, including possession of a controlled substance, tampering with evidence, and failure to comply.
