A Video of My Friends and I Doing Stupid S*** in 2007, and It’s on YouTube

By Ned Apr 2, 2021 | 1:07 PM

At some point, YouTube videos are gonna be like historic relics.

Back in 2007, doing stupid crap on camera was all the rage….breaking something, making fun videos, and posting them on the internet. What is pretty common practice today, it was barely a thing back in 2007.

But my friends Kyle, Bruce, and myself made a video of us breaking a computer monitor, a guitar hero controller, spray painting ourselves, and probably the biggest one? Kyle jumping into a stinky ass creek that resulted him puking everywhere. It was called PEFA, an abbreviation for Pathetic Excuse For Attention.

We had a Mini-DV camera (digital wasn’t quite there yet), a woodsy area in Michigan and apparently a refusal to wear shirts at one point.

It’s stupid, but we had fun making it….cause at some point, someone is gonna do research on what were 2007 18 years olds up too? This apparently.
