A dude on TikTok is saying that if you twist your bacon into a corkscrew shape before you cook it, you’ll end up with the crispiest and chewiest bacon you’ve ever had.
First, take raw bacon and twist each slice into a corkscrew shape. Then put it on a rack in a baking sheet . . . toss it in the oven at 375 for 30 to 35 minutes . . . and enjoy.
Is this a new thing? Seems to me I’ve been to restaurants over the years that had this… It kind of reminds me of one of those beef dog treats. I might try it once.
