Right now on A&E, they are running a new Biography series based on top named professional wrestlers named ‘WWE Legends.’
If you’ve watched any of the Biography episodes, it’s some of the most in depth look at whoever they are covering, and I gotta say, these WWE ones are incredibly interesting. My wife, who doesn’t give 2 craps about professional wrestling was even loving the episodes. Why? Cause these wrestlers have had such interesting and fascinating lives, you can’t help but watch.
First episode was ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin, and I learned so much about that dude that unless you were a super Steve Austin fan? You’d never know! Discovering the amount of drive and passion that guy had was crazy.
The latest episode was ‘Rowdy Roddy Piper,’ which was always one of my favorites. You quickly find out though the amount of pressure that guy had on him throughout the years, and it’s actually kind of a sad story…fans bought into his character so much that he got stabbed 3 TIMES! STABBED! LIKE….WHAT?!!?
Even if you give 0 craps about wrestling, the lives of these guys is crazy. Give it a watch…
I’m excited for the next episode as it is….THE MACHO MAN…OHHHHH YEA!
