Bakery Tracks Down the Dude Who Robbed Them… By Putting His Picture on Cookies

This is just about the most genius “wanted” poster you could make.

Last month, Canfora Bakery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin was robbed.  A dude broke in and stole cash and equipment.  The surveillance cameras got a few decent shots of the guy, but the cops couldn’t identify him.

So last week, the people at the bakery decided to spread the picture around by doing what they do best:  They put his picture onto sugar COOKIES, and then they gave out the cookies for free.

And it worked.  They posted on their Facebook page that he was identified.

And now that the police know who he is, they’re trying to track him down.
