Someone crashed their car in Columbia, Missouri last Thursday and got busted for driving while intoxicated. But that’s not the person who made headlines.
27-year-old Tanner Hutcheson was a passenger in the car. And it’s not clear if he’d been drinking too. But he was wearing a “D.A.R.E.” T-shirt that said “Drugs Are Bad.”
And cops ended up finding drugs on him and arresting him for possession of a controlled substance.
No word yet on what kind of drugs they were, but he was on probation for a previous drug arrest last year.
Back in December, he was sentenced to five years in prison for drugs, but a judge suspended it and gave him five years’ probation instead. Meaning he’s probably going to prison for a while now.
And also a bummer: They confiscated his shirt as evidence.
