Three People in Dubuque Decided to Shoot Flare Guns at People

Three people in Dubuque are facing charges after they drove around shooting FLARE GUNS at multiple cars and people and later started an apartment fire on Wednesday morning.

Cops used traffic cameras to track them down and arrested them at Walmart. They found four 12-gauge flare guns when they searched the car.

All three are facing arson and multiple assault charges. Chandler Austin Bourgeous, 21, Royal William Kody Broman, 27 and a 16-year-old girl.
