I have 1 cup of a coffee per day…little cream, small amount of sugar, and 9 times outta 10? I make my own at home. For awhile though, I was buying a $3 cup everyday….5 times a week, 4 weeks in a month….that adds up quick right?
So how many cups do you drink a day? According to a new poll by YouGov, most actually drink NO coffee! about 31%! However, 21% drink 1 or 2 per day.
Then at the bottom and most fascinating? 2% said 6 cups in ONE DAY! That is A LOT OF COFFEE!
Drink some plain water people.
