38-year-old Omar Wright was at a Starbucks drive-thru in Miami Gardens, Florida last Wednesday, and he wanted some cream cheese.
It’s not clear if they were out of cream cheese, or he just wanted more of it. But he pulled a GUN and started waving it around.
The girl working the drive-thru happened to be the daughter of the town’s police chief. And another worker got Omar’s license plate. So cops tracked him down pretty fast.
He claims it didn’t happen like they say, even though a security camera got it on video.
After he posted bond on Saturday, he was walking out of jail when a reporter asked him to comment. And he said, quote, “Always go to Dunkin’ Donuts. Never Starbucks.”
He’s facing charges for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
