36 years ago today in 1985, “Weird Science” came out. I think this movie put nerds on the sexy map for the first time. Two high school computer nerds created the perfect woman, and she made them look cool.
I remember having this VHS as a kid, and my brother and I wore it out. Of course, boys back then LOVED Kelly LeBrock. I thought she was the prettiest woman to walk the Earth. Anthony Michael Hall, Bill Paxton and Robert Downy Jr. also made this movie awesome.
To this day, I still hear people say stuff like, “If only I could create the perfect woman or perfect man like in ‘Weird Science’.” This movie had a big impact on society. Mostly because it made nerds cool and sexy for the first time.
