Last night I finally sat down to watch the documentary on one of the most epic concert flubs ever.

Woodstock ’99….when people look at the lineup, it’s truly a look into the time. Bands like Metallica, Kid Rock, Korn, Limp Bizkit, Jewel, DMX, Alanis Morisette, just to name a few of them…but if you were there? It was a bad time.

100 degree temps, unkept porta-jons, rapes, sexual assault, insane prices, mis-managed lineup, no shade, and a frat boy culture…this is all VERY highlighted in the HBO Documentary ‘Music Box Woodstock 99, Peace, Love, and Rage.’

The documentary just takes you on a journey of that weekend, highlighting everything and pointing blame at so many people. At some points during the documentary you yell out to some of these organizers, ‘You F*&)*& kidding me?!?’ The hardest parts hearing about is the deaths and the sexual assaults/rapes…it’s disturbing. I have read plenty about Woodstock 99, but this documentary really digs into the dirty with it, it’s very similar to the documentary about FYRE Fest.

Interviews with The Offspring, Korn, Moby, Jewel, Megadeth, are all in this thing…so I suggest you check it out and collectively thing ‘Yikes…’ while watching it.
