Metallica can play arenas, football fields, you name it…that’s where they make the big bucks. But every once in awhile, it’s cool to head back to where it all started, and that is those dirty ol’ clubs where they got their footing.
Metallica played a surprise club show in San Francisco just last night, and it was SUPER last minute that if you were quick enough? You could get in…it only cost $20, tickets at the door only, and had to have proof of vaccination.
For those lucky few who got in, were treated to an epic set list of tracks like Whiplash (AS THE OPENER), Ride the Lightning, Fade to Black, One, Master of Puppets, and more. Also guess what, they DID NOT play Enter Sandman…
No big screens, no pyro…just rock.
