A 78-year-old dude named Robert Dvorak in Florida, went to the gym on Thanksgiving morning, and wanted to use a specific machine. But someone else was using it.
Don’t know what type of machine it was. But two sisters were there working out, and he got sick of waiting for them to finish.
So while one of them was still on the machine, he sat down ON TOP of her so he could use it instead. WTF?!
It sounds like he had her pinned down. Then he pushed the other sister away when she tried to step in and help.
Cops got involved, and witnesses confirmed Robert was the aggressor. He’s facing charges for battery.
