Not all heroes where capes….or shells.
There was a time kids where we put our address or name on all of our stuff…most of the time expensive stuff like video games, VHS tapes, books, etc. I have a few video games laying around with peoples names on them from years ago! I find it kinda humbling…
But what if you saw that address and actually MAILED IT BACK to that owner from 20 years ago? That’s EXACTLY what happened with a guy in Texas who picked up a VHS copy of 1990’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles at his local Goodwill and saw that it originally belonged to someone in Michigan!
Just for fun sake, the Texas guy actually sent the TMNT tape to the address and wondered if it would make it back to the original owner…and guess what…it did! The original owner sent a heartfelt response in the mail and everything.
Cool story! If that tape could talk.
