Ok I have a hard time believing this one.
According to a pizza app named ‘Slice,’ they have listed out the most popular ‘types’ of pizza per state, basically going by how many times that style of pizza is ordered. So what is Iowa’s MOST POPULAR pizza style?
Thin crust.
Maybe it’s cause I don’t order specifically thin crust a lot, but anytime I grab a slice at Casey’s or order from my favorite pizza shop? It’s never thin crust! Also, how is it not Taco pizza???
What about other states though? They look outside the crust and more towards toppings.
- Montana – Veggie (really?)
- Illinois – Deep Dish (go figure….)
- New York – Sicilian (yea that’s about right)
- Hawaii – Thin Crust (wait a minute…)
