Beer is good and stuff.

Many folks celebrate the Lenten season by not eating meat, attending fish frys, and giving up something for religious reasons. But, what if you gave it all up, as in food?

Well you gotta have something right? Your body NEEDS to process something! This guy named Del Hall found the answer…

Beer.

Dell gave up FOOD for lent and in place, drinks beer! Also? This isn’t the first time he has done this! Del stated that it’s his way to get back into a healthy mindset, and to look at food in a healthy way. Also to show that beer can be used in a healthy way and not vilify it as this the all evil alcohol.

To put that in perspective? He’s lost 25 pounds.

He drinks the craft beers, so he’s not sucking down Bud Lites…he goes for Stouts, Pilsners, Ales, fruity stuff, etc.

Now before you jump on this diet….doctors do not recommend it. It also just during the Lenten season, so 40 or so days. Once Lent is over? He goes back to food.
