A new trend that social media influencers are using like #Y2KStyle and #Y2KFashion are trending currently. Clothing that includes:
- Bright colors
- WILD T-shirts (what does that even mean?)
- Low rise jeans
- Tiny purses
- Velour Tracksuits with JUICY on the back
To hammer in your age a bit, stuff from the Y2k era is now being sold as ‘vintage clothing.’ Also a lot of recent shows and movies that are set in the early 2000’s are called ‘period pieces.’
Dude, I’ve never been a fashion guy. I wear the same ‘style’ of clothes from my high school days today….somewhere around though is my ‘Make Seven Up Yours’ shirt.
