WalletHub.com looked at 150 of the country’s biggest cities and was curious which ones were doing best at recovering from the pandemic. This would include keeping budgets trim while still offering necessary services. The site used over three dozen metrics to rank the cities.
Nampa, Idaho ended up being the “Best Run City in America.”

The owner of Weed World said they are not trying to get around paying the tickets. He said, “The city makes a lot of money off Weed World. We will make sure our debt is paid.”
