Sam Reid says he will eat three meals a day at Taco Bell. Reid has a hypothesis that healthy fast food can actually help you become healthier.
Taco Bell says that 75% of their menu contains items under 500 calories.

DAILY DUMBASS – A man charged with stealing copper from interstate lights in West Virginia. The man was taken into custody after he showed up at a recycling center while deputies were there as part of the investigation.
Clarence Wayne Giles is accused of stealing 4,734 pounds of copper from the lights. He then sold the copper for $16,000 in cash.
The estimated cost to repair the damage is $1.5 million dollars.
