What more is there to find?
One of my favorite games is Super Punch Out on Super Nintendo. It’s a game of quick wit, pattern recognition, and boxing glory. The game was released in 1994, so quite some time ago right? 28 years later, a mystery was uncovered in the old game that no one ever knew about, and all it took was some button presses.
The game is famously a supposed single player game, but a Twitter user discovered that if you hold Y & R on an SNES controller and press A at the title screen, it will take you to now discovered screen where you can Free Box anyone in the game for practice….even better? Hold Y & B on the second player controller and press A and a 2nd player can take control of the opponent.
I checked, this was NEVER in the instruction manual…ever! How cool is that? Makes you wonder what other fun gaming stuff is hidden in those old games.
