DAILY DUMBASS – A Jersey City fugitive was arrested after applying for a job at a sheriff’s office in Pennsylvania. The woman was wanted by authorities for failure to appear in court on charges of fraud and 10 bench warrants for failure to appear in court on traffic charges in Jersey City.
