IT’S NEWS TO ME – An Arkansas man has filed a lawsuit against Morrilton Country Club after he hit a hole-in-one during their “Tournament Of The Century.”
The Country Club had advertised a 2022 Ford F-150 Supercrew as a prize for the first person to hit a hole-in-one on the course’s 10th hole.
The man aced the 10th hole and went to collect his prize. The Country Club wouldn’t turn over the keys.
The dealership that provided the truck, did not secure the necessary insurance for the vehicle. The dealership believed the truck, valued at $53,595, was for display purposes only. We can see that this might take a little bit to resolve.
DAILY DUMBASS – The driver of a Ferrari 458 owned by the Houston-based law firm The Hadi Law Firm jumped a curb and crashed after accelerating quickly. Check out the video. It seems to be a little too much car for the driver.
It’s probably a good thing that The Hadi Law Firm specializes in automobile accidents.
