Virgin Australia is trying to make the middle seat on an airplane more appealing. The airline is launching a lottery for those who fly in the middle seat. There are more than $230,000 in prizes; including a Caribbean cruise, free flights and tickets to soccer matches. While the promotion is running for 6 months, it’s only in Australia for now.
DAILY DUMBASS – A 55-year-old man named Jeffrey Bishop retired in 2021 after serving 25 years in law enforcement. When he retired, he said he “decided to go out on top.”
Six days after his retirement, Jeffrey was arrested for dealing drugs in a high school parking lot. At his home 110 hydrocodone pill were discovered in his police duty bag.
Mr. Bishop was charged with four counts of aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs and one count of unlawful trafficking. He was just sentenced to four years in prison. MORE DETAILS
