I feel like I can agree with this.
As technology keeps growing and growing, so does the complexity of things…my newest appliances that I have in my home are my washer & dryer, which I purchased about 3 years ago brand new in Cedar Falls….
It has all sorts of buttons, settings, digital display, and features….do you know which one I use the most? Standard Wash cycle….I DON’T EVEN USE ALL THE CRAZY CRAP THAT IS ON THAT THING, and I think cause of this? It gets the most confusing.
According to a recent study, the washing machine TOPS the list of most confusing appliances. Followed up by the Microwave and the dishwasher.
I must admit though, my washing machines ‘Delay Start’ feature is pretty epic…toss in the laundry, set it to go off at 6pm, and boom. However it’s just doing the same thing…washing laundry.
Hell, 20% of people say they have no idea what most of the settings do! So….just get a simple washer, no need to spend money on the extra permanent press with steam or whatever the hell that does.
