The Evil Dead is one of my favorite films and franchises of all time.
What Sam Raimi created in those woods would haunt us for decades and it continues today with the latest film to enter the franchise with ‘Evil Dead Rise.’
The film will not welcome back Bruce Campbell or Sam Raimi, but will welcome a whole new cast to be demonized. This isn’t the first time though, Evil Dead was ‘remade’ in 2013 and was amazing…but can it be done again with a fresh perspective? According to this trailer…it looks like it can.
Evil Dead Rise hits theaters this April, and it looks to be the goriest yet.
