When do you stop eating delicious fries?
As a 33 year old dude, about to be 34…if there is one thing I don’t really pay very good attention too? My health, and chances are…you don’t either.
Sugar is good, fries are the best, and damn man, I just effing love garbage food (candy, cake, sweets, you name it…) But I know at some point? It’s gonna come back for me in some way, and in some ways? It already has. I have high blood pressure, overweight, barely if ever exercise, and I drink way more coffee than water any day.
According to a survey, it logged that 42% of people don’t get on the ‘health bandwagon’ until they are 39…but why 39? Here are the top things that got people going…
- Don’t have as much energy.
- Losing weight is seems to get MUCH harder.
- Clothes don’t fit anymore.
- Milestone birthday of 40 or 50
- Out of breath climbing the stairs
- Running a short distance seems hard.
- Other people point out weight (my faaaaaaaavorite…)
- See a bad picture of yourself
- Family member has health issues.
- Injury that takes too long to recover from.
I can point out 7 of those that I know I have said about myself.
