I bought these pickle ham roll ups at Hy-Vee on Saturday. I forgot how much I LOVE them! I remember my mom would make them to take with us whenever we were invited to a party. Simple, easy to make. low carb and so YUMMY.
I think I’ll make them using turkey instead of ham. Maybe even a little mustard? All that’s in them is pickles, cream cheese and ham. Pretty sure there’s room to add other stuff. What’s the actual name for them here in Iowa? I keep seeing them called “Ham Pickle Roll Ups”… What about ‘Pickle Pinwheels”?? Or “Wrap My Pickle Rolls”??
