Today is National Hot Dog Day. Apparently, 75% of Americans say that the condiments should go on the bun BEFORE you even put the hot dog in. Do you agree with this? Wouldn’t that be just making a sandwich? There ARE people who claim that a hot dog IS a sandwich, which is total BS. A hot dog is it’s own separate thing! It’s a HOT DOG.
I have always put the hot dog in the bun first, then put everything on it afterwards. I only put a small amount of mustard on mine… that’s it.
There is no right or “wrong” way to fix up your damn hot dog. Just do whatever makes you smile, and all these dictator people can suck a big one.
