Some dude in Yakima, Washington was putting aluminum cans in his fridge last Saturday, when one of them EXPLODED.
He got all hyped up and pulled the pistol out of his waistband and fired a round into the bottom of the fridge.
His neighbors heard the shot, and called cops. They found the guy “yelling incoherently” in an alleyway.
He told cops that the people who live in the basement wanted to kill him . . . and that THEY’D shot at him, so he fired back in self-defense.
There’s just one small problem with that: No one lives in a basement below him . . . in fact, there is no basement at all.
He was arrested for second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, and discharge of a firearm.
