The Weber County, Utah’s Sheriff’s Office took to social media after seeing an increase in people hammocking between POWER LINES.
The post said: “These lines carry 75,000 kilovolts and that power can jump from the lines.”
The Sheriff’s office said they’ll be stepping up patrols and anyone who is caught on the power towers will be cited for trespassing.
They said: “We would really hate to see someone injured from either a fall or electrocution. Parents, please pass this along to your children.”
