A 28-year-old dude in Oregon named Nathan Danzuka may have set a new record for world’s DRUNKEST DRIVER.
He got pulled over in February for a hit-and-run. And when the cop told him to get out of the car, he took off. But he didn’t get far.
He only made it a half-mile down the road before crashing into a concrete barrier. And his blood alcohol level was 0.778 . . . or almost TEN TIMES the legal limit. (Our blood alcohol level gets into the potentially fatal range at .40 and up.)
He was just back in court and got 13 months in jail for it. The judge also suspended his license for LIFE.
The previous record for drunkest driver was 0.72, held by a chick who ALSO lived in Oregon. Back in 2007, she was found unconscious in her car after plowing into a snow bank.
