Here’s a feelgood Friday story for you.
A cop pulled over a 79-year-old guy for speeding the other day in Sterling Heights, Michigan. While they were talking the man said he was having a bad day. He said his wife is very sick and his son is mentally ill. He had just bought a new TV, but couldn’t hook it up. He was driving around from store to store asking someone if they would help him hook it up. That’s when he got pulled over.
The police officer offered to stop by later that night and help him. About one hour later, he showed up the the man’s house and hooked up his TV. He even showed him how to use the remote.
This story gave me goosebumps and made me get a bit emotional in a good way. There is still good in this world, and this story is a perfect example. Happy Friday to you!
