All this time…
I have been looking for owls in the trees, I guess I just had to look in snow banks this whole time? On Main Street in Cedar Falls!?!
Well actually, it’s not a GOOD thing the owl was in a snow bank…cause he was injured. But thanks to a Cedar Falls Refuse Driver named Kevin, he quickly spotted the helpless owl and notified the City Park staff and Cedar Falls arborist Ryan and they sprung into action, saved the owl, and brought him to Black Hawk Wildlife Rehab Project.

Now maybe I’ll be able to spot this owl in a tree…probably not…I suck at owl spotting apparently.
