I keep seeing NFT’s and Bitcoin…
And honestly? I have no idea what I am looking at, and at this point? I’m scared to ask.
From what I understand, NFT’s are a Non-Fungible Token which means a cryptographic asset on a blockchain with unique ID codes and metadata that distinguish them from each other (WhAt?!?!) This could mean digital artwork, sports cards, and rarities.
This to many means you could make some BIG MONEY on these things…which is awesome! But…I still don’t get it.
I’m pumping money into something that is…digital? Like…a GIF image? A JPEG? Audio clips? Can’t I just…get that stuff? Right click and boom…now I have it. Maybe it’s just me, but when I buy into something…I want to hold it in my hand, like OWN it.
I know….I KNOW….someone is gonna comment like ‘Ned, how do you not know about NFT’s!?!?!?’
