A woman in Washington State lost her phone while using a vault toilet. In an attempt to retrieve her cellphone, she tried to dismantle the toilet, then used her dog’s leashes to help support her. She fell in.

The “Iron Gwazi” rollercoaster at Busch Gardens in Tampa may have been a little too intense for one rider. The rider (who was not identified) “ended” up having an accident. DAILY DUMBASS–  A man went to pick up his kid from school in British Columbia, Canada. The problem was that the vehicle had no passenger side door, an open rear-end and no seatbelts. It wasn’t a Jeep.
The driver was handed tickets for not having insurance, for a defective vehicle, operating a vehicle without seatbelts and failing to produce a driver’s license.
B.C. Mounties removed the vehicle from the road “permanently.”
