A new annual study came out where folks ranked what states are the most fun in our country. Unfortunatly Iowa did not make the Top 10, but we are pretty dead set in the middle of it all. But, what are the key indicators in this survey? What makes Iowa fun? According to surveyor Wallethub, the range was from movie ticket costs to accessibility of national parks to casinos per capita…so a pretty wide range.
Top 10 naturally were California, Florida, Nevada, New York, Illinois, Colorado, Washington, Texas, Minnesota, and Louisiana.
We’re 33.
Bottom 10 were Indiana, Kentucky, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Alabama, Vermont, Arkansas, Rhode Island, Delaware, Mississippi, West Virginia.
As someone who has been to Mississippi? Back roads, red dirt, and more back roads. So…I get it.
