A 50-year-old Montana man busted for marijuana possession posed for his mugshot in a T-shirt that read: “Drug Free.”
Ronald Gallagher flashed a smirk while offering a thumbs up while awaiting his closeup.
The police photographer managed to crop out the remainder of the suspect’s message, which read: “Just ran out yesterday.”
The 50-year-old suspect was taken to jail last week on misdemeanors of possession, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
