MLB Opening Day is tomorrow (Thursday) in crowdless stadiums, BUT there’s a way you can be part of the action.

MLB is launching a new interactive feature where you can cheer, boo, or clap . . . and scoreboard operators at the ballparks will adjust the artificial crowd noise to match what you and the other fans are doing. (The only lame part is that the “boos” will be turned down if a lot of people are booing.  But STILL, this is pretty cool!)

So let’s say a New York Yankees batter gets beaned, and everyone at home cheers.  Well, with a push of a button, the stadium will erupt with (fake) cheers!

Here’s how you do it.

Just go to the MLB website, the Gameday app or through social media links.
