Great.
Well we did it folks! The great state of Iowa is now known as that state with the highest amount of coronavirus cases in the entire United States of America…round of applause for everyone! I mean, we knocked that crap outta the park right?
Can you feel the sarcasm?
According to an article from The Gazette: In the latest report published Sunday, the federal coronavirus task force said Iowa’s rate of 232 new cases per 100,000 population over the last week is nearly triple the national average of 88 per 100,000. It strongly recommended the state close bars and limit restaurant capacity in 61 counties, and strongly recommended enacting a mandate that Iowans wear masks in public
Already with the highest number of COVID-19 cases per capita than any other state in the nation, Iowa’s trend grew worse…

Do consider though the number of Iowa residents is significantly lower than most states, making it look like the whole state is covered in COVID-19…but that still doesn’t change the fact we’re still numuro uno.
Anytime I walk into a store to get the stuff I need (unless it’s a mask mandated store)…about 85% of the folks are not wearing a mask.
