With Christmas quickly approaching, you or your kids are REALLY wanting that new game console right?
Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X are gearing up to top Christmas lists all over the country…but which one are you gonna want right? Probably the first question you’re asking?
How much?
Microsoft has announced their first version of the Xbox Series X named ‘Xbox Series S’ along with specs and pricing…but before you start jumping in line to get this thing? Understand what you are buying first…
- Xbox Series S is the CHEAPER version of the upcoming game console, but the same specs.
- The console is DIGITAL only, so no disc drive, every game will be purchasable online only.
- It does have similar specs of the Series X, but only has a 512gb Hard Drive…vastly limiting how many games will fit in it.
- With streaming capabilities becoming more common, 512gb HDD may be alright, but that has yet to be proved.
- Will not play your previous Xbox One disc games (remember….no disc drive), but will play the digital versions.
- Has 1440p graphics, which unless you have a TV that can handle that? It won’t mean much…unless you do, then it’s quite awesome.
At $299? This is quite the package and it could work great for you! Just keep in mind to get the most out of your Xbox or even Playstation 5? You may want to consider upgrading your TV too….but if you are a casual player with some games here and there, then this could fit your lifestyle pretty good.
Overall, this is quite the deal to get into the Nex Gen of gaming and has me curious that’s for sure.
According to the trailer, it will launch on November 10th.
