If you were a child of the 90’s, you may have done the same thing. You would gather your favorite songs and put them on a “greatest hits” tape. (Yes, a tape.)
I was digging through a box of tapes and found my “Musical Train Wreck ’96.” I featured one of the songs on today’s Throwback Thursday. Everclear, “Heroin Girl.”
Russ pointed out “You don’t seem to like hit songs.” I think there are some fun ones in here:
- Presidents of The United States of America, “Kitty”
- Nine Inch Nails, “March of the Pigs”
- Smashing Pumpkins, “Bullet With Butterfly Wings”
- Our Lady Peace, “Starseed”
- Folk Implosion, “Natural One”
- White Zombie, “Electric Head (Part 2)
- 4 different Offspring tracks. (I was really into them at that point.)
