Yesterday, I blogged about 5 snack foods that no longer exist but no one seems to remember them.
I listed PB Crisps, MAD Candy, Hershey’s Smores Bar, Altoids Sours, and Life Savers Creme Savers. As I was searching for pictures and commercials of each of these snacky foods, an eBay listing popped up.
Someone was selling MAD Candy, brand new, still sealed in the packaging from 1993. 6 packs of the candy for $20…after thinking to myself for moment and considering that could buy another jug of baby formula, I decided…YES, I will spend $20 for 23 year old candy and make a stupid video of me eating it for Rock 108!
My question is, WHAT will this candy even look like after sitting in a box for 23 years? The fun fruity colors that I remember? Will likely be black and brown…we’ll see won’t we.
