Since it’s starting to get nice out again, I’ve got that FEVER to drive aimlessly in my time machine and explore Iowa over and over. Although I’ve been to Independence many times, I found myself there again on Sunday morning. I love Independence. I drove all over, went to Walmart, then to Goodwill. (I scored at Goodwill. Got 3 shirts, 2 skirts and 1 pair of jeans for $21.20!)

Oh, on Saturday morning, I wanted to drive somewhere remote to catch the sunrise. I ended up just outside of The Amana Colonies to snap this pic.
Now for NEXT weekend… Where will the Iowa road take me? Not sure yet, but I’m excited to find out! Keep kicking ass!
